The city is leaping up to new heights as far as new commercial projects are concerned. Gera 's 77, near the Bishop School , is one upcoming commercial project by Gera Resorts Pvt Ltd. The project which covers an area of approximately 30,000 sq ft is scheduled to be completed and launched by May.

There is another commercial complex in the pipeline by the same developers. PT Gera Centre will be located opposite Wadia College . The project is to be launched in the first week of April, and bookings have already commenced.

Like the Gera's 77, PT Gera Centre is spread over 30,000 sq ft. The lights and security are provided for and the company is giving a warranty of five years.
