Gera enters into JV with Citigroup Property

The Navhind Times, Goa - September, 2006

Gera Developments and Citigroup Property Investors have entered into a joint venture to develop an exclusive and unique project in Pune.

A press release issued here says this tie-up has taken place through the FDI route. The total value of the project will be about $125 million.

The development is of over 2 million square feet consisting of 600 unique premium and high-end apartments, a country club and a hotel.

Commenting on this association, Mr. David Schaefer, managing director, head of Asia Pacific, Citicorp Property Investors said; we have chosen to join hands with Gera Developments as a joint venture partner owing to their experience and reputation of being a customer-centric and quality conscious real estate developer.
