While determining the processes, Gera has determined the inputs required and the outputs expected from these processes, the sequence and interaction of these processes, Gera has controlled these processes to ensure its effective operation.
Gera has established the criteria and methods which include monitoring, measuring and other related performance indicators to ensure the effective operation and control of these processes.
Gera has determined and ensured the availability of the resources needed for effective operation of these processes. The personnel having authorities and responsibilities for these processes have been identified. Gera has determined risk and opportunities, analyzed them and has taken appropriate action to address them.
Gera has prepared methods for monitoring, measuring, and evaluation of these processes, as appropriate. Processes are identified and parameters like input/ output criteria/monitoring frequency/ performance indicator/ resources required/risks and opportunities etc. are determined for each process. Gera had maintained documented information to the extent necessary to support the operation of processes and retain documented information to the extent necessary to have confidence that the processes are being carried out as planned.
