CREDAI Pune is organising an overall exhibition for homebuyers over the weekend - take advantage of it!

The 10th official Mega Property Exhibition 2010 of CREDAI, Pune, will have started from January 15, 2010 and will run till January 17, 2010. The exhibition is being held at SSPMS grounds, near Hotel Le Meridian. It is open to visitors from 10 am to 9 pm, making it easier for all those interested in the exhibition!

It has 80 developers participating with 500 projects being showcased. CREDAI Pune in the past year has organized five property exhibitions to make home buying more convenient for the people of Pune. After the series of property exhibitions that were locality focused this will showcase projects all over the city under one roof.

Anuj Bhandari, Chairman, Exhibition Committee, CREDAI Pune and Director, B. U. Bhandari Landmarks says, “CREDAI Pune is a reputed exhibition as it promises stability, security of the builder. Builders guarantee completed projects to the buyers. Buyers get a variety of choices to choose from the properties displayed by the builders. The realty market is also changing, so we are expecting good footfalls and conversions.

Satish Magar, President, CREDAI Pune stressed the fact that the real estate industry was moving upwards. "We have seen the sales increase upwards and at the same time the economy is doing well, GDP has increased and industries are hiring again. All this will make house buying easier for the end customer."

Vice-President, CREDAI Pune, Rohit Gera said, "This is the main flagship event of CREDAI Pune, well and truly endorsed by the fact that the stalls sell out immediately."

Gera enumerates the benefits to buyers for instance, no registration charges will be paid by any buyer, even up to a month after the exhibition. The current registration amount of up to Rs 30,000 will be borne by the Respective developer, subject to no increase in this amount. Another benefit being offered by the HFIs participating is the waiver of up to Rs 5000 on processing fees.

Sanjeev Wani, Director, Marketing, Amit Enterprises Housing Limited, says, "CREDAI being a branded association, the buyers are very confident and the conversion ratio is high."

He adds, "There are focused buyers tracking properties and it gives a good platform for an all round search to property seekers.”
