In the same spirit, we have a WHISTLEBLOWER POLICY to provide all employees (whether permanent or on contract), Customers, Vendors, Suppliers, Contractors (referred as Stakeholders) an opportunity to raise concerns, in line with the commitment of Gera Developments to the highest possible standards of ethical, moral and legal business conduct and its commitment to open communication.

A whistleblower is a person who exposes misconduct, alleged dishonest or illegal activity occurring in an organization. The alleged misconduct may be classified in many ways; for example, a violation of a law, rule, regulation and/or a direct threat to public interest, such as fraud, health and safety violations, and corruption. Whistleblowers can be employees, suppliers, contractors, clients or any individual who somehow becomes aware of illegal activities taking place at Gera, either through witnessing the behavior or by being a victim.

A "whistleblower complaint" is a complaint wherein a Complainant/Whistle Blower (person raising the issue) believes that a stakeholder of Gera has/may have asked for special favors like, bribery, indulged in material theft, gift, reward or other advantage to or from any person as an inducement to do something which is dishonest, illegal or a breach of trust, and to bypass set processes, and that the whistleblower would like to alert Gera of the potential issues. You may also report mental or sexual harassment or victimization of any kind. This will assist in promoting a healthy, corruption free and compliant corporate environment and will protect the company's reputation. All the stakeholders have an obligation to raise such concerns without delay.

If you would like to report an incident/misconduct, you can do the same anonymously. However should you want to escalate to the Gera management directly; it is only fair that you disclose your identity. Your identity and complaint will be treated with utmost confidentiality.
