Gera Developments had recently entered into a JV with Citigroup Property Investors for this exclusive and unique project. The total value of the project is about US$ 125 Million and the area under development is over 2-Million square feet consisting of 600 unique, premium and high-end SkyVillas, a Country Club and a hotel.
