Badminton Gurukul is an endeavour of Padma Bhushan Pullela Gopichand, assisted by many former Olympians and international/national winners and players. The outreach is from grassroots programmes to training initiatives for adult enthusiasts. This action plan will greatly increase the love and passion for this sport in India.

A panel of trained music experts will guide students to the fun and simple training of melody and rhythm at the Shankar Mahadevan Music Academy. The Academy has taught courses all over the world and has over 2,000 students in 34 countries.
Established by Bollywood's award-winning popular choreographer, the Shiamak Davar Dance Academy will provide kids with an in-depth understanding of basics, styles, and techniques in an international standard dance studio.
This fascinating academy teaches the same way Olympian Michael Phelps learned to swim his medal-winning strokes. Instructors who pass through a comprehensive training programme themselves will teach children to turn them into excellent swimmers.

Your cooperation is earnestly requested in strictly following these rules as they have been framed in the best long term interest f the safety of Users and safeguard of the facilities.
It may be noted that these rules can be modified when Gera Developments Private Limited exits and hands over the facilities to the pex Body / Federation of Cooperative Housing Societies (FCHS) who may thereafter decide the rules etc.
It may please be noted that:
1. Using the facility is an automatic confirmation that the User has consented to comply with these rules & regulations on his/her own behalf and on behalf of his/her minor child if any.
2. Non-compliance of rules & regulation may lead to preventing the User from the use of the facilities.
3. The Facilities referred to herein shall mean all the facilities within the premises of Evolve plus the deck above, Tennis Courts, Cricket Nets & Swimming Pool.
4. Users must, at all times, keep their ID Cards available for inspection.
5. The Facilities are for use by unit owners OR their authorized tenants. In addition, by other persons who are in possession of a valid ID issued by the management.
6. The rules and fees for guests shall be notified at a later date.
7. Users are required to follow the procedure of always presenting their ID cards for entry. ID cards are not transferable and their validity is specified.
For Swimming:
1. 7am to 1pm and 4pm to 8pm daily except Monday
2. 7am to 8pm every Saturday and Sunday
3. Swimming Caps and proper swim wear are mandatory.
(Lifeguard details to be on the noticeboard, Swimming Caps are mandatory for everyone)
For Gaming Zone: 10am to 2pm & 4pm to 7pm (Details of users to be recorded in the register)
For Cricket: 7am to 11am & 4pm to 10pm (Details of users to be recorded in the register)
For Computer Lab: 10am to 2pm & 4pm to 7pm (Details of users to be recorded in the register)
For Library: 10am to 2pm & 4pm to 7pm (Need register: this will not be manned)
For Chess: 10am to 2pm & 4pm to 7pm (Need register: under adult supervision)
For Tennis:
4. 7am to 11am & 4pm to 10pm (Open 7 days, carry Identity Cards and make requisite user entry)
5. 7am to 10 pm (Weekends) (carry Identity Cards and make requisite user entry)
EVOLVE facilities will be CLOSED on MONDAYS & NATIONAL HOLIDAYS. However, the academy workshops will run as per the communication / updates to owners.
8. The Timings & Rules for the various facilities will vary from time to time when training for children in various streams is in progress by the academies at which time the changed timings will be notified.
9. The Management is not responsible for any loss of valuables, etc.
10. Users are requested to be in appropriate attire at all times when using any facility.
11. In case of any misbehavior and or offensive behavior, the management team shall be entitled to restrain the concerned person from entry to the premises & from use of the facility immediately and shall be entitled to ask the user to leave the premises & or the facility immediately.
12. Any damage to the Facility/ies should be reported to the management team. Damage caused shall be evaluated & become payable by the respective Individual user of the Facility. The decision of the management shall be final and binding. It maybe noted that there is a lot of expensive equipment in the facility therefore utmost care is required to be taken while using the same.
13. Management will not be responsible for any accident/mishap/injury/loss of life to any person/user(minor or major) as a result of using the respective Facility/ies. The User has agreed to use the Facility/ies at his/her own risk. The User has agreed to keep the management indemnified from all actions and or claims and or consequences at all times.
14. Minor children if not accompanied by an adult shall do so at their own risk and the responsibility shall be of the parent/guardian or an accompanying adult but NOT of the management.
15. Management reserves the right to close any Facility for maintenance, safety and or other reasons if deemed necessary.
16. In case of any complaint or suggestion the same may be submitted through the 'Gera World App'.
17. These rules and regulations are subject to change without notice.
18. Right of admission shall, at all times, be reserved by the Management.
19. Residents can use the Academy areas, when the Academy sessions are not in progress.
(IN ADDITION TO THE GENERAL RULES)
The swimming pool can be used during the hours specified in point 7 above.
a. It is necessary to shower before entering the Swimming Pool.
b. Users are not permitted to change clothes outside of the changing rooms. Showers should kindly be left in good condition for fellow users.
c. Toys & play items are not permitted in the Swimming Pool.
d. Swimming Caps are mandatory for everyone.

These can be used during the hours specified in 8) above. Period of usage per person will be specified from time to time based upon the traffic.
About 20 persons can use the chess room at a time while 3/4 persons can use the computer lab simultaneously.

This facility is managed by Mrs Seema Tanwar, one of the Sky Villa Owners. All details will be displayed on the notice board utside the creche with regard to charges, timings, facilities etc.
